Hilco Transport, Inc. has over 70 years of experience and success in the dump truck business hauling aggregates, asphalt, as well as many other products and materials. The majority of our dump truck fleet is based at our corporate office in Greensboro. We also have trucks positioned at our Kannapolis, NC facility, which services the Charlotte market. Though these are our primary terminals for local work, we also provide dump truck hauling services throughout the state as well as Virginia, for various projects to meet the evolving needs and demands of our growing customer base. It is hard not to see one of our signature yellow trucks that have become Hilco’s trademark traveling among the state.

Dump Trucks

- Tri-axle and Quad-axle dump trucks including both aluminum and steel beds for various applications.
- Average hauling capacities ranging from 16-21 tons.

Aluminum Dump Trailers
- Aluminum 26ft and 34ft East and MAC dump trailers geared to provide optimal loading capacity.
- Primary products & materials that we haul include: dry bulk fertilizer, lime, gypsum, rock, stone, asphalt, road salt, sand, contaminated soil, coal & fly ash, fill dirt, sludge, as well as other aggregates and dump related materials.
- Drivers endorsed and capable of hauling both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Drivers have TWIC cards allowing them to load at port facilities.
- Trailers equipped with grain gates available for unloading at sites with conveyor belts.
- Average hauling capacity is approximately 23.5-24.5 tons.
- Electronic logging, tracking and communication with drivers available to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Partnerships with some of the largest agricultural groups, environmental & waste companies, quarries, and contractors in the states of NC, SC, and VA.
Steel Dump Trailers
- Steel 37ft & 38ft. MAC and Clement dump trailers geared to provide optimal loading capacity.
- These frameless trailers are designed with high sides, barn doors, and abrasion resistant, high strength steel to handle rough material.
- Primary products & materials that we haul include: various forms of metal (such as scrap, fluff, and residue); construction & demolition material; concrete; brick; rock; and stone; as well as various other aggregates and dump related materials.
- Average hauling capacity is approximately 20.5-22 tons.
- Electronic logging, tracking and communication with drivers available to enhance efficiency and safety.
- The ability to handle large projects in various locations across the Carolinas, Virginia and TN.
